In this regard I request you to send a detailed quotation regarding the various packages you offer. There are various items to be upgraded. I am attaching a list of our requirements along with this letter.

Here is the list of items I would like to upgrade:
1.         Graphic card of 4GB
2.         RAM 8GB
3.         HDD capacity of 2TB
4.         Security system

We hope your prices are competitive in the industry. We heard about the reputation of your company in the industry and are relying on you for our services. If the price factor is decided, we shall place the order immediately.

 Definition quotation letter


Quotation is a business offering made by a seller to an interested buyer to sell certain goods at specific prices and on certain terms and conditions.
It is a reply by the seller to the prospective buyer. Hence, the quotation letter should be prepared carefully by the seller. It should contain information on all points mentioned in the inquiry letter.
The seller should send the best possible quotation so that it induces the buyer to place an order because it is the basis on which the interested buyer decides whether to buy or not.The quotation must be clear, courteous and concise.


The quotation may contain the following points :-
1.    Details about quality of goods offered for sale.
2.    Details about quantity of goods offered for sale.
3.    Type of quotation.
4.    Sale price per unit of the commodity.
5.    Term of payment like Cash or Credit, trade discount, cash discount and other allowances if any.
6.    Time, mode and place of delivery.
7.    Details of duties, Octroi, etc., payable.
8.    Details of packing, labelling, insurance, etc.
9.    Net price payable. 
10. E and O.E. (errors and omissions expected)

Kutipan adalah penawaran bisnis yang dilakukan oleh penjual kepada pembeli yang 
berminat untuk menjual barang tertentu dengan harga tertentu dan dengan 
syarat dan ketentuan tertentu.
Ini adalah balasan dari penjual kepada calon pembeli. Makanya, surat kutip harus 
disiapkan dengan hati-hati oleh penjual. Ini harus berisi informasi tentang 
semua poin yang disebutkan dalam surat permintaan.
Penjual harus mengirimkan penawaran terbaik sehingga pembeli dapat melakukan 
pemesanan karena ini adalah dasar dimana pembeli yang berminat 
memutuskan apakah akan membeli atau tidak.
Kutipan harus jelas, sopan dan ringkas.

cash discount dan tunjangan lainnya jika ada.
6.    Waktu, mode dan tempat pengiriman.
7.    Rincian tugas, Octroi, dll, harus dibayar.
8.    Rincian pengepakan, pelabelan, asuransi, dll.
9.    Hutang harga bersih.
10. E dan O.E. (Kesalahan dan kelalaian yang diharapkan)
